Hi, I'm Tracey

 

I believe menopause isn’t the end of anything. It’s a chance to rediscover your voice, your needs, and your power.

​

I'm a mental health social worker and clinical supervisor a passion for supporting women and those around them, through life’s most challenging transitions.

 

Like many, I entered menopause feeling unprepared, unheard, and unsure where to turn for real support. After years of research and piecing things together, I created this reflection journal as the resource I wish I’d had.

 

This space isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself. Through guided prompts and practical tools, my goal is to give you a calm, safe space to understand what you’re feeling, track what matters, and gently care for yourself in a way that feels real and doable.

I spent years feeling dismissed, unheard by my GP, and scrambling to make sense of what was happening to my body—so I created the journal I wish I'd had
