I value your time and commitment to the work we do together, and I also want to ensure appointments are available to those who need them. For this reason, I have a cancellation policy in place.
-
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
-
If you do not arrive for your appointment, I will wait up to 15 minutes. After this time, the session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will apply.
-
This policy allows me to offer your time to someone else on the waiting list and ensures the sustainability of my practice.
-
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
